Due to the specialized nature of our products, **we do not accept returns for all items**. For questions or concerns about your order, please contact us at sales@agibot.com for further assistance.
Returns are also not accepted for sale items or gift cards.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will assess the matter and resolve it promptly.
Refunds
If you request a refund **before the order is shipped**, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Note that bank or credit card processing times may vary by institution.
